Monthly Pickleball Networking Events

Every second Thursday, we host a community event bringing together real estate professionals from across San Diego County. We have been hosting these consistently for over a year now, in a relaxed and welcoming setting that balances networking with some friendly pickleball. We have been active with SDAR, PSAR, and SDCIA, showing up consistently at broker events and caravans, sharing proactive property management tips, and contributing to conversations about where the market is heading. WeLease Academy

One of the things we are most proud of right now is WeLease Academy, a growing video library of short educational content built around over 20 years of property management experience. Our Operations Manager, Yuliana Nogales, works alongside the team to select topics that are most relevant in the moment, including common property management scenarios that directly impact the San Diego rental market.
