Operations Manager
Yuliana is a true professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. She has worked and managed in the government sector in international diplomacy. She is a graduate of UCLA and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in business. Driven to accomplish all she sets her mind to with dedication and attention to detail. She is our clients’ strongest asset in managing properties due to her experience, leadership, and ethical core values. As our Senior Property Manager, she demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of property operations, financial management, and tenant relations. Dina King
Business Development Manager
Since moving to San Diego in 2017, Dina King has fully embraced the
Southern California lifestyle, combining her passion for real estate with
her love for the dynamic community. With a wealth of experience in
hospitality, property management, and leasing, Dina is dedicated to
building strong, lasting partnerships with homeowners, investors, and real
estate professionals to unlock the full potential of their properties and
expand business opportunities.
Dina’s professional background is complemented by her personal touch, In
addition to her extensive industry experience, Dina is an Enrolled Agent
and holds a Business Management degree from Colorado State University.
Outside of work, Dina enjoys staying active with yoga and tennis, as well
as fostering dogs in need. She’s always on the lookout for the next great
restaurant to try, and her most memorable adventure was a 16-hour flight
across the globe! Her passion for exploring new places and connecting with

Our Full-Service Guarantees
With our full-service property management, you receive the following guarantees designed to protect your property, reduce risk, and give you peace of mind.
Tenant Placement Guarantee
If we place a tenant and they break the lease within the first 12 months, we will re-lease the property at no cost to you and place a replacement tenant for free.
30-Day Leasing Guarantee
We will secure a qualified tenant within 30 days of marketing, or one month of management fees will be waived, provided the home is vacant, priced at market value, and move-in ready.
Pet Guarantee
At no additional cost, we will reimburse owner for approved pet-related damages beyond normal wear and tear, above the security deposit, up to $2,000 per lease term.
Eviction Guarantee
If eviction is required, we will reimburse up to $1,000 in eviction legal fees per lease, plus up to $2,000 in pet damages that exceed the security deposit, per lease.
Legal Compliance Guarantee
Our lease is reviewed by a top California landlord law firm, and we operate in full compliance with fair housing, habitability, screening, and right-to-cure laws.
