We’ve had a great experience with WeLease Property Management, they’ve been professional, responsive, and I think they are one of the best property management companies in San Diego.

Updating my review to include some call outs for the residential team too. Shoutout Diana and the resident relations team - they are fantastic. And shoutout Maya who helped coordinate a lot of things from my last property and kept things together in a time of chaos - also an absolute rockstar. Overall I can’t name everyone but I haven’t had any issues or complaints that didn’t get seen to from anyone here in my now 2 properties I’ve leased from them. Highly recommend.

Gerardine Henriquez was very helpful in assisting us with the rental application process, getting us approved, and communicating with us. What we thought would be a stressful process of finding a rental home was made so much easier by Gerardine's professional guidance. Thank you!
